The purpose of the Dearborn Historical Society is to foster interest in the History of Dearborn and the surrounding vicinity, and to collect and preserve material, artifacts, and archival material related thereto. It is the aim of the society to give strong support to the Dearborn Historical Commission and the Dearborn Historical Museum. All members receive the DEARBORN HISTORIAN, the quarterly journal of the Commission, a page of which is devoted to Society News. Members are invited to participate in all special events, field trips, and membership meetings.
